Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is nicely situated with great rooms and excellent service. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall a pleasant stay with free parking.
The hotel has beautifully decorated rooms that are modern, spacious, and super clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, although the dining options might leave something to be desired. The location offers great outdoor opportunities by the Charles river, but it could be closer to some attractions.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with great artwork and bathtubs overlooking the Charles River, which was fantastic. However, there was a significant noise issue when neighboring rooms used the shower, and the air conditioner constantly clicked even when off.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The location was superb, right by the Charles River, and not far from Harvard Square. Our room, although located above the reception desk, was spacious and had a comfy bed plus a large TV. The service was top-notch, especially from Jonathan and Berrio, who were extremely helpful and accommodating. The dining options were decent, offering a variety of ala carte items, but the breakfast could have been better. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff made our stay hassle-free.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, and it was easy to access across to walk our dog. The different art pieces in the rooms added a special touch without being overwhelming. Looking forward to visiting again in the spring.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a beautiful view of the Charles River and comfy beds, but the noise from the lobby was bothersome. The location, while near Harvard and Boston University, felt a bit rough. The dining had a nice selection, but the prices didn't match the quality. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, but there was a lingering scent of marijuana throughout the hotel. The service was excellent, with everyone being polite and helpful, though I wished the room had been checked before my checkout. The location was ideal for exploring Boston, but there were some minor inconveniences with the facilities.
I stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were comfortable with two queen beds, big windows overlooking a park, and useful amenities like a mini fridge and a safe. The location, while great for access to Harvard, was a bit far from other areas. The service was top-notch with friendly and professional staff, but the dining options were somewhat lacking. Nonetheless, the facilities were nice, especially being right above the restaurant with easy parking.
